If you’re anything like me - goal oriented, you might beat yourself up from time to time or feel a certain type of way for not achieving/doing enough in these times. 

Those annoying memes that suggest something is wrong with you if you haven’t achieved anything post lockdown or point out what Isaac Newton and Shakespeare achieved aren’t helping either! 

I share on today’s episode, the best gift you can give yourself in these times - the gift of self compassion! I also share some nuggets from the amazing Kristen Neff's book - Self Compassion. It’s totally okay to not hit those goals every single time. Here's to being be kinder and more loving to ourselves! 😊
